Moving, just keep moving

In reality I laughed nervously after he switched to English and said, "What, like, normally...?" which is definitely NOT the way to answer a super-srs immigration controller.  He just caught me off-guard with that question!  I don't even know right now!  I don't live anywhere.  EXISTENTIAL CRISIS.
He rolled his eyes and waved me through about 5 seconds later.
